The Revenue Cycle Liaison at UCF Health - Student Health Services (SHS) serves as a crucial point of contact for insurance companies and patients, ensuring timely and accurate revenue cycle operations. This role involves managing outstanding accounts receivable, handling insurance denials, submitting and re-billing insurance claims, and processing insurance and patient payments. The liaison also assists patients with balance resolution and billing inquiries. A key part of the position is reviewing and analyzing Explanation of Benefits (EOBs), including co-payments, deductibles, co-insurance, contractual adjustments, and denials, to verify the accuracy of patient balances. UCF Health provides primary and specialty care services to students, faculty, and staff, with the Health Center located on the Main Campus.
