The Revenue Cycle Lead serves as a resource for staff and functions to assist supervisory staff in assigned area with workflow and day-to-day operations. This role involves interacting with coworkers, visitors, and other staff consistent with Jefferson's values. The Lead will assist supervisory staff in managing workflow and daily operations to ensure department goals are met. Additionally, the position includes conducting training and mentoring sessions for new and existing staff, assisting employees with daily questions, issues, or problems, and escalating identified systemic issues to a supervisor. The Revenue Cycle Lead will also manage their own assigned work queue(s).
