The Revenue Cycle Lead serves as a resource for staff and functions to assist supervisory staff in assigned area with workflow and day-to-day operations. The role involves interacting with coworkers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the values of Jefferson. The Lead will assist supervisory staff in areas of workflow and day-to-day operations to ensure department goals are met. Additionally, the position includes conducting training and mentoring sessions for new and existing staff, assisting employees with day-to-day questions, issues, or problems, and escalating identified systemic issues to a supervisor. The Revenue Cycle Lead will also manage their own assigned work queue(s).
