Blending business process improvement, systems analysis, and data analytics, this position collaborates cross-functionally to streamline operations, enhance interdepartmental coordination, and provide leadership with actionable insights for informed decision-making. The role's impact is to improve revenue cycle performance by streamlining processes, enhancing reporting and analytics, facilitating collaboration across departments, and ensuring operational and system changes are implemented efficiently and effectively.
