About The Position

This role provides day-to-day administration, support, and maintenance of Artiva HCx and UiPath RPA solutions. The analyst will monitor application and automation performance, troubleshoot and resolve various system issues, and collaborate with business owners to recommend improvements. Key responsibilities include developing SQL queries, ensuring data quality, coordinating testing, maintaining documentation, and serving as a primary resource for support requests. The position also involves identifying opportunities for process streamlining through system utilization and automation enhancements, and assisting with the implementation of new workflows and functionality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting Artiva HCx or similar revenue cycle applications.
  • Experience supporting or administering UiPath RPA solutions or other business process automation platforms.
  • 2+ years of experience with SQL, relational databases, and data analysis.
  • Experience supporting interfaces, file integrations, and data exchange processes.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to translate business needs into application and workflow solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of software testing, change management, and production support processes.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting healthcare revenue cycle operations, patient financial services, collections, or accounts receivable functions.
  • UiPath support, administration, or business analyst experience.
  • Experience with Epic, healthcare interfaces, APIs, HL7, or file-based integrations.
  • Knowledge of operational reporting and revenue cycle performance metrics.
  • Experience working with application vendors and coordinating issue resolution.
  • General knowledge of operating systems, networking, hardware, and enterprise IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administration, support, and maintenance of Artiva HCx and UiPath RPA solutions.
  • Monitor application and automation performance, ensuring systems operate efficiently and reliably.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application, automation, data processing, interface, and workflow issues.
  • Analyze system errors, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate resolution efforts with internal teams and software vendors.
  • Support and maintain interfaces, file import/export processes, workflow configurations, segmentation filters, and automated business processes.
  • Collaborate with business owners to understand operational requirements and recommend system configuration or workflow improvements.
  • Develop and maintain SQL queries, reports, and data extracts to support operational and business needs.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across applications, automated processes, and integrated systems.
  • Coordinate and perform testing for application upgrades, automation changes, system enhancements, and vendor releases.
  • Maintain application and automation documentation, support procedures, workflows, and technical standards.
  • Serve as a primary resource for Artiva HCx and UiPath support requests, incident resolution, and user questions.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline business processes through improved system utilization and automation enhancements.
  • Assist with implementation, deployment, and transition of new workflows, automations, or application functionality.
