About The Position

This is a temporary position where the Revenue Coordinator will assist RMAS Revenue Managers with non-stakeholder-facing tasks. Responsibilities include preparing for sales strategy meetings, managing room authorizations, rates, and restrictions, communicating rate restrictions and strategies to properties, supporting account diagnostics, monitoring transient and group inventory for straight-line availability, implementing hotel sales strategies in reservation and inventory systems, escalating technical questions related to reservation and property management systems, and monitoring compliance with company promotions and eCommerce channels. The role also requires adherence to company policies, maintaining professional appearance and conduct, protecting company assets, using clear and professional language, developing positive working relationships, and complying with quality assurance standards. Physical tasks include using computers and systems, and moving objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.

Requirements

  • Use computer systems and software packages to input, access, modify, store, or output information.
  • Enter and retrieve data from computer systems using a keyboard, mouse, or trackball.

Responsibilities

  • Assist RMAS Revenue Managers with non-stakeholder-facing tasks.
  • Prepare for sales strategy meetings.
  • Manage room authorizations, rates, and restrictions, including communicating rate restrictions and strategies to properties.
  • Support account diagnostics and monitor transient and group inventory to ensure straight-line availability.
  • Implement hotel sales strategies in the reservation and inventory systems.
  • Escalate technical questions related to the reservations and property management systems to the appropriate support desk in a timely manner.
  • Monitor compliance with and participation in company promotions and eCommerce channels.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure uniform and personal appearances are clean and professional.
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
  • Protect company assets.
  • Speak with others using clear and professional language.
  • Answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
