Target total compensation ranges from $170,000 - $228,000, including a fixed annual salary of $153,000 - $188,000, an employee equity plan grant, and world-class benefits. Equity grants are issued in good faith, subject to company policies, board approval, and individual eligibility. In this impactful operational role, you’ll own revenue and billing operations end-to-end, ensuring every invoice is accurate, every process scales, and every customer interaction is friction-free. In an AI-first environment where we’re transforming how we serve customers and employees, this role sits at the intersection of finance, technology, and commercial strategy. Reporting to the Chief Accounting Officer, you’ll partner closely with Go-to-Market, Revenue Product & Data, Legal, and Finance to translate complex commercial arrangements into automated, scalable billing workflows. You won’t just maintain the engine—you’ll redesign it, leveraging AI and automation to eliminate manual work and build processes that drive Rokt’s rapid growth.
