Responsibilities

  • Book meetings with target customers via email, LinkedIn, social media, and other channels to reach finance and RevOps leaders.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and the marketing team on strategic development initiatives.
  • Represent Sequence at industry events and conferences across the US.
  • Develop the Sequence brand through ongoing content creation on social media channels.
  • Identify and implement creative, non-obvious strategies to reach and engage target customers.
  • Manage the end-to-end hiring process for GTM roles, including sourcing, screening, coordinating, and closing candidates.
  • Partner with founders to define ideal candidate profiles and establish repeatable hiring processes.
  • Proactively source top GTM talent through recruitment agencies, events, and creative outreach.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience that aligns with the Sequence brand.
  • Provide market feedback to the founding team to refine employer positioning.
