This role is critical to building a scalable, diverse sales talent pipeline and accelerating readiness for promotion into field Sales Consultant roles. As Manager, Revenue Talent Development, you will lead high-performing ASC cohorts, drive sales capability development, and partner closely with Field Sales leaders to ensure ASCs are delivering meaningful value to the business while preparing for their next career step.
