About The Position

The Revenue Analyst will be responsible for providing data analysis, forecasting, reporting, and revenue optimization support to the Director of Sales & Revenue Strategies. This role supports revenue management processes, maintains forecasting systems, monitors online channels, and delivers actionable insights to support sales strategies, revenue growth, and informed business decisions. The Revenue Analyst will be required to work day and/or evening shifts, both weekdays and weekends based on business needs.

Requirements

  • High school graduate.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in hospitality, revenue management, finance, reservations, or data analysis.
  • Must have at least 3 years computer experience in Microsoft Word and advanced Excel skills.
  • Must be able to engage with clients.
  • Individuals with passion for customer service and able to work with others seamlessly. This means having no problem collaborating within a diverse team.
  • Dynamic and working calmly under pressure.
  • Ability to be carrying/lifting up to 25 pounds, occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting, ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with hotel PMS, RMS, STR reports, and distribution systems preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain rate and inventory parity across PMS (HMS), CRS (SynXis), OTAs, wholesale channels, and other distribution platforms to align with revenue management strategies.
  • Generate, analyze, and distribute key revenue reports, including Daily Pick-up, Pace, forecast, and performance-tracking reports.
  • Monitor competitor pricing, market conditions, STR reports, and demand trends to identify revenue opportunities and risks.
  • Identify, investigate, and report data discrepancies, booking flow issues interface failures, and other system-related concerns that may impact revenue performance.
  • Maintain blackout dates, inventory controls, group blocks, reservation due dates, and rooming lists to ensure inventory accuracy and optimal revenue capture.
  • Coordinate group inventory updates and reservation-related communications with meeting planners and internal stakeholders as required.
  • Support revenue management initiatives, projects, and departmental objectives as assigned.
