Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis)
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new systems and technologies

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or revenue analysis
  • healthcare experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Pull monthly reports to assist with calculating revenue while validating data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Prepare and maintain revenue reports and reconciliations.
  • Assist in the monthly close process, including revenue recognition, journal entries, and variance analysis.
  • Collaborate with finance, accounting teams, and operational departments to investigate discrepancies and resolve issues.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and assist in implementing more efficient workflows and systems.
  • Validate and identify accuracy of actual to monthly accrual for expenses and discounts for specialty programs across multiple divisions.
  • Learn and adapt to new financial systems, tools, and healthcare-related billing platforms.
  • Work with the Wholesale division to manage customer lists to support reconciliation of monthly and quarterly expenses and discounts.
  • Other duties as assigned.
