Rev Ops Analyst

SwitchboardDallas, TX

About The Position

Switchboard is seeking a Rev Ops Analyst on behalf of our client, Yooz. This is an individual contributor role focused on one core mission: making Yooz's go-to-market data visible, reliable, and actionable. You'll report directly to the VP of Rev Ops and own the reporting and dashboard infrastructure that leadership relies on to make decisions. This role suits a self starter that loves numbers, visualizing data, and can translate numbers into clear narratives for sales and business leadership. Yooz is redefining Lean Financial Operations automation. They're a global leader in cloud-based AP and purchase-to-pay automation, trusted by 600,000+ users across 50+ countries to eliminate waste, accelerate growth, and defeat fraud with industry-leading native AI. Great Place To Work Certified, Yooz puts people first with a culture built on integrity, excellence, and obsessive customer focus.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, FP&A/financial analysis, quota-carrying sales, or a related analytical or GTM role
  • Advanced Excel skillset — comfortable building pivot tables and running regression analysis, not just basic spreadsheet proficiency
  • Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or a similar data visualization tool preferred
  • Ability to design reporting that is clean, intuitive, and purpose-built for its audience
  • Comfortable translating data into clear business narratives
  • Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple reporting priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong communication skills — comfortable presenting to Sales Managers and senior leadership
  • Direct experience with Salesforce and/or HubSpot preferred

Responsibilities

  • Build, own, and continuously improve the GTM reporting suite — covering pipeline coverage, velocity, conversion rates, lead volume, source attribution, and rep performance
  • Design and maintain executive-level dashboards for weekly and monthly business reviews, QBRs, and forecast calls
  • Surface insights from sales conversations and activity data, and connect them to pipeline and revenue outcomes
  • Standardize metric definitions and calculation logic across all reports, with clear documentation for reproducibility
  • Partner with the VP of Rev Ops to proactively build views that help Sales, SDR, and CS leadership manage their teams, not just pull data on request
  • Identify gaps in existing reporting and drive new dashboard build-out as the business scales
  • Own the hygiene of pipeline and lead data across the GTM systems of record
  • Build and monitor hygiene checks that surface stale opportunities, missing required fields, duplicate records, and stage-skipping anomalies
  • Establish and maintain data standards and validation practices, working with system owners and team leads to enforce them
  • Conduct regular data audits ahead of forecast calls, QBRs, and board reporting cycles
  • Identify upstream data quality issues and partner with the relevant owners to resolve them at the source
  • Create and maintain clear documentation for reports and dashboards — what each view shows, how metrics are defined, and how to interpret them
  • Build simple user guides and quick-reference materials that reduce reliance on one-off data pulls
  • Support new hire onboarding on relevant reporting tools and dashboards
  • Gather user feedback and iterate on documentation and dashboard design

Benefits

  • Comprehensive health coverage
  • 401(k) match
  • generous PTO
  • remote flexibility
