About The Position
The Reunification Support Coach supports parents and caregivers working toward family reunification. The role provides individualized coaching, goal planning, advocacy, and resource coordination to help families overcome barriers and achieve long-term stability. The position is full-time and temp-to-hire in Philadelphia County.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Social Work (BSW).
- At least three years of case management or related experience.
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to travel throughout Philadelphia County.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of the child welfare system.
- Knowledge of motivational interviewing.
Responsibilities
- Maintain an assigned caseload.
- Conduct virtual and in-person meetings with families.
- Collaborate with Community Umbrella Agencies (CUAs) and community partners.
- Prepare progress reports and court documentation.
- Connect families with community resources.
- Maintain accurate electronic records.
- Participate in Family Court and community outreach events.
