About The Position

We are seeking a Returns Support Representative to join a growing Global Support team. This role focuses on email-based customer support related to equipment returns for global customers, including India and Brazil. You will manage return inquiries, create RMAs, generate return shipping labels, and close support cases. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow within customer support and operations in a hands-on, onsite environment.

Requirements

  • Strong written communication and professional email skills
  • Customer service or support experience (help desk, support center, or customer-facing role preferred)
  • Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems at once
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar ticketing systems
  • Experience creating RMAs or shipping/return labels
  • Experience in e-commerce, logistics, shipping, or returns support

Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming customer tickets via email regarding equipment return status
  • Create RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorizations)
  • Generate return shipping labels
  • Update, manage, and close support cases
  • Navigate multiple systems simultaneously while maintaining accuracy
  • Provide professional, clear, and customer-focused written communication
