About The Position

We’re seeking a Solutions Team Specialist to handle returns and items that cannot be relisted on the site as well as manage reverse logistics process, inspecting, and processing accuracy.

Requirements

• Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or returns processing.
• Proficiency with inventory software, computer applications, and handheld scanners.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift items frequently.
• High accuracy in inspecting products and updating stock records.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• A high school diploma or GED is generally required.
• Applicants must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States for EBTH.

Nice To Haves

• Previous warehouse or shipping/receiving experience is usually preferred

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, and inspect customer returns to determine the ability to be sold.
• Accurately update inventory records in the warehouse management system (WMS).
• Evaluate returned product condition to ensure it meets company standards.
• Update CRM systems, and create reports on returns and damaged material.
• Assist with general picking, packing, and sorting orders during peak times.
• Coordinate with customer service teams regarding damaged items or customer-related issues.
