About The Position
This full-time, benefits-eligible position is responsible for processing returned product. The role involves sorting, labeling, and updating inventory systems, while adhering to safety policies. The Indy North facility offers a positive work environment with opportunities for advancement and employee engagement activities.
Requirements
- Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience - required
- Basic computer skills needed to accurately scan, sort, and process products
- Previous forklift experience - required
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift throughout duration of 8 to 10-hour shift
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal) to be able to collaborate with team members and follow direction from leadership
Responsibilities
- Process, sort, and label returned product per publisher instruction - using powered equipment as needed
- Accurately update inventory systems and record return reasons and/or codes
- Communicate with supervisors regarding discrepancies
- Adherence to all safety policies
