Requirements
- 1–2 years of warehouse returns experience
- Confidence using inventory software / WMS systems
- Knowledge of modern fulfillment + warehouse best practices
- Strong organization and time-management skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy items safely
Responsibilities
- Receive and process inbound customer & vendor returns
- Log RMA numbers, tracking info, item details
- Inspect products to decide if they’re re-sellable, repairable, or headed for retirement
- Snap clear, detailed photos for claims & documentation
- Assign skid numbers and bin locations
- Keep inventory counts accurate
- Prep and process “Return to Stock” transfers + manage red-tag items
- Stay on top of RMA emails and submissions
- Repack, rebox, restack — making products warehouse-ready
- Keep your workspace clean, safe, and organized
