About The Position

Jewelry Television is currently seeking detail and goal-oriented individuals to fill full-time positions within our Returns department. Returns Agents inspect and process items that have been returned by JTV customers quickly and efficiently, in order to provide the best customer service possible. Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be detail and goal oriented
• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Computer literate
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
