About The Position

The Returning Store Manager oversees and is accountable for the total operation of a Spirit Halloween store. The role focuses on maximizing sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services and controlling expenses. The Store Manager is responsible for shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, and the setup, pack-up, and teardown of a seasonal store. This position is for people who have previously worked for Spencer’s / Spirit Halloween as a Store Manager.

Requirements

• Previously worked for Spencer’s / Spirit Halloween in a Store Manager position.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Must have a flexible schedule.
• Prior retail management experience is required.
• Able to stand or walk for 8 or more hours, climb ladders, set up fixtures, and lift or move up to 50 pounds.
