About The Position

This position is for anyone who has previously worked for Spencer’s / Spirit Halloween in a Sales Associate position. The Sales Associate supports the Store Management Team with setting up, merchandising, packing up, and tearing down a seasonal store. The role also maintains Guest Services according to Company Standards and supports store operations, sales, and loss prevention.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must have previously worked for Spencer’s / Spirit Halloween in a Sales Associate position.
• Ability to climb ladders and set up fixtures.
• Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds.
• May be required to stand or walk for up to 8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Management Team with seasonal store setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown.
• Maintain Guest Services according to Company Standards.
• Support sales generation and sign waving.
• Perform general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, and pricing.
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Support loss prevention.
