JOB SUMMARY The Retrospective Project Manager will support the Assistant Director, Executive Strategy with implementing and managing of Universal Creative’s centralized project retrospective program over it's first year. The program consists of conducting consistent retrospectives across each project’s lifecycle, identifying business improvement opportunities and implementing business improvements. This role facilitates retrospective sessions, captures project learnings, identifies improvement opportunities and ensures learnings are shared with project teams across Universal Creative. The role will also project management the implementation of process enhancements and business improvements.
