About The Position

The Retirement Services Representative is a licensed retirement professional and primary point of contact for employees of ADP Retirement Services clients. The representative provides exceptional service and proactively promotes employee education about retirement and financial-planning tools and resources. The representative uses recordkeeping and workflow platforms to troubleshoot employee issues and supports collaboration, task forces, strategic initiatives, and stretch assignments.
