About The Position

As a Retirement Services Intern on the Retirement Services Team, you’ll gain a holistic view of the lifecycle of a client relationship, from prospecting to sales and ongoing service and relationship management. You will assist in gathering data and information for sales presentations and help prepare materials for ongoing client presentations. As opportunities arise, you may attend sales and ongoing service meetings.

Marsh McLennan Agency’s internship program provides real-world business, risk management, and insurance experience. Interns apply classroom concepts through project work and client interaction while developing professional skills. The program offers insight into the insurance industry and is intended to help build a foundation for Client Management or Sales career pathways, with the potential to serve as a springboard into a full-time career.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and time management skills to effectively service customers.
• Ability to multitask, pay attention to detail, and meet project deadlines.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in a team environment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Suite and/or Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Gather data and information to support sales presentations.
