We are currently seeking motivated and member-oriented individuals to join our team as a Retirement Services Coordinator.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2 year college degree or completion of a specialized certification or licensing.
- 2 to 4 years of similar or related experience.
- Exceptional customer service experience required.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Nice To Haves
- Administrative experience including investment services, retirement planning, and IRA programs preferred.
Responsibilities
- Works closely with members to assist with accurate completion of documentation.
- Updates member information and creates portfolio reports to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies.
- Organizes, manages, and maintains schedule for Investment Services Representative.
- Maintains relationships with brokerage partners.
- Tracks marketing and communication programs, prepares performance analysis reports, and makes recommendations to continue successful outreach.
- Works with members to develop leads, solicit feedback, and track effectiveness of Investment Services program.
