About The Position

The Retirement Service Agent joins HUB Retirement Customer Services and responds to phone calls and emails from school district employees about their retirement plans. The role supports a variety of accounts and emphasizes communication, customer service, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn. The position offers a flexible work schedule in a welcoming environment, with training, development, and promotion opportunities. This is a full-time hybrid role requiring three days in the office each week at 900 S. Capital of Texas Highway, Suite 350, Austin, Texas. The hourly pay range is $25.00–$30.00, based on experience.

Requirements

High school diploma.
Proven customer service experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Willingness and eagerness to learn.
Ability to multitask.
Ability to maintain confidential information.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
General knowledge of computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Gmail.

Responsibilities

Provide primarily phone-based customer service to school district employees regarding retirement plans.
Manage time and responsibilities.
Perform data entry.
Review and return voicemails.
Monitor department emails.
Maintain confidentiality while assisting with a variety of accounts.
