Retirement Service Agent
About The Position
HUB is hiring a motivated Retirement Service Agent to join its Retirement Customer Services Team. The role supports employees of school districts with questions about their retirement plans, primarily by phone and email. The team is willing to train the right individual, and the position offers exposure to a variety of accounts. Career development, training, and promotion opportunities are available following satisfactory assessment. The role is full-time, hybrid, and based in Austin, Texas, with three days in the office each week. The pay range is $25.00–$30.00 per hour, based on experience.
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- Proven customer service experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to learn.
- Ability to multitask.
- Ability to maintain confidential information.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Great attention to detail.
- General knowledge of computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Gmail.
Responsibilities
- Provide primarily phone-based customer service to school district employees about their retirement plans.
- Manage time and responsibilities effectively.
- Perform data entry.
- Review and return voice mails.
- Monitor department emails.
