As one of our Retirement Plan Counselors, you’ll lead sales initiatives in the Retirement Plan Sales market, identifying firm and firm representatives’ needs and coordinating efforts to serve those needs. You’ll partner with Wealth Management Wholesalers to manage Capital Client Group (American Funds Distributions) presence, relationships, and drive business results with key brokerage firm representatives. You excel at delivering motivational and informative presentations. You’re motivated by setting goals and measuring your performance against them. You apply a consultative skillset to sell through financial intermediaries and work collaboratively with other senior sales force members to identify opportunities for better Plan Sponsor and investor outcomes.
