About The Position

This role primarily involves supporting Advisors and Partners by managing and facilitating operations and communications within the team and with clients and external stakeholders. The individual in this position plays a critical role in ensuring smooth daily operations, effective client relations, and compliance with established procedures and standards. They coordinate tasks, manage client data, and contribute to meeting preparations and documentation, all while maintaining strong relationships with clients, service providers, and financial institutions. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred with an emphasis in Accounting, Business or Finance field
  • Minimum of five years of relevant work experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, with advanced expertise in Excel and PowerPoint a plus
  • Knowledge of Financial Custodial Systems is a plus (e.g., Schwab, Fidelity, etc.)
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to come into the office on a regular weekly basis (this position is not remote)

Responsibilities

  • Assists Advisors and Partners in daily operations and has a comprehensive understanding of team processes and procedures
  • Acts as a liaison between the team Advisors and Partners, financial institutions, and service providers
  • Develops a basic understanding of qualified retirement plans including 401(k), Profit Sharing programs, etc.
  • Develop an established rapport with all assigned clients as a trusted liaison between the client and their Advisor and/or Partner
  • Works directly with third-party Custodians and Advisors to meet critical project and industry deadlines
  • Seeks ongoing industry knowledge through internal classes provided in MonetaU, and relevant designations and licenses
  • Regularly communicates with clients, plan participants, TPAs, and recordkeepers
  • Answers participant calls and coordinates additional assistance with advisors as needed
  • Prepares client reviews, investment allocation summaries, meeting agendas, executive summaries, and investment performance reports
  • Coordinates scheduling of client reviews, employee education, and internal team meetings
  • Organizes and assists in executing action items following client reviews with the Advisors
  • Coordinates with various other team members and departments to ensure proper data entry and flow through various reporting systems
  • Assists in the preparation of client engagement agreements, Investment Policy Statements, vendor agreements, fee invoices, etc.
  • Assists Advisor with new client onboarding processes, documentation, and meetings
