About The Position

This position is responsible for performing various duties relating to the administration of retirement plan services account which includes: answering phone calls and emails from retirement plan participants, assisting participants with accessing account and requesting disbursement and/or loans, and other general inquiries.

Requirements

  • HS diploma or equivalence, with 2-4 years of post-secondary education preferred.
  • Applicable job experience of less than five years in trust department/accounting/banking/benefits background.
  • Ability to work in a team setting and be self-motivated.
  • Strong communication skills and effective listening skills.
  • Close attention to details and strong organizational skills.
  • Willing to learn new tasks and not afraid to take on a new challenge.
  • Ability to work with numbers accurately and attentively.
  • Knowledge of general accounting/bookkeeping principles along with knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is necessary.
  • Strong Microsoft Office and phone skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of retirement plan services administration preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to retirement plan clients through email, phone, and in-person interactions.
  • Complete detail-orientated plan correspondence, client presentation preparation materials, and other various projects.
  • Responsible for understanding and acting in accordance with the legal responsibilities of a Fiduciary.
  • Responsible for certain maintenance areas of the retirement plan services participant record-keeping system (Relius) for Bravera Wealth.
  • Input of employee census information and updates on the Relius system.
  • Verify payroll and census information for retirement plan services’ clients.
  • Preparation of various reports by account, plan, and/or Company, as requested by the department Officer or Management.
  • Answering questions/inquiries from retirement plan participants and service providers.
  • Assist and interact with participants and plan sponsors with website access and activity by way of in person, email, phone, fax and mail.
  • Assist the department Manager with plan reports, as needed.
  • Assist with organizing schedules and work output for the Department.
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of participant education materials.
  • Knowing and adhering to current Wealth Company policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for promoting teamwork and open communication among all functions of the Holding Company and with Subsidiaries.
  • Responsible for promoting the organization in the community through participation in various civic and community events, activities, committees, and organizations.
  • Must maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism regarding all employee and customer issues and information.
  • The employee will adhere to all trust rules and regulations, including but not limited to the requirements of the Bank Secrecy Act. In addition, the employee will be proactive in the prevention of illegal activities, will vigilantly look for activities that may constitute any type of fraud including money laundering, and will report any suspicious activity to the BSA Officer.
  • Will be required to drive a company vehicle as travel may be necessary. Must maintain a clear driving record in order to maintain coverage under Bravera’s vehicle insurance provider.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the organization by leveraging opportunities as they relate to all entities of Bravera Holdings Corp.
