Toyota’s Human Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Retirement Manager. The primary responsibility of this role is leading the administration and operations with the desired outcome of continuous improvement of retirement plans and programs for team members and retirees of Toyota Motor North America, ensuring alignment with company values. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Benefits, this position will play a critical role in guiding the department's objective to attract, retain and motivate a highly diverse workforce while enriching the overall team member experience. The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. This position is based in Plano. The selected candidate will be expected to reside within commutable distance of this location.
