This is a hybrid position based at our corporate office in Brentwood, TN, with on-site work required Monday through Wednesday. The Retirement Plan Manager administers end-to-end retirement plan operations, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant execution of all plan processes. This role serves as the primary resource for NDT and audits, and ensures compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations governing qualified retirement plans, including ERISA, IRS, and DOL requirements. The manager acts as the program owner for retirement plans, providing overall governance, operational oversight, and alignment with organizational strategy and plan design intent. They partner with external vendors, including recordkeepers and consultants, to ensure effective service delivery, issue resolution, and ongoing performance management. Collaboration with internal stakeholders such as HR and Payroll is crucial for accurate data exchange, consistent processes, and effective retirement plan administration. The role leads retirement plan design changes, system enhancements, and implementation initiatives, and manages retirement governance activities, including committee support, reporting, documentation, and preparation of materials. Additionally, the manager serves as an escalation point for complex participant issues and drives continuous improvement efforts.
