About The Position

Onnit is seeking an analytical, hands-on lifecycle marketer to own email, SMS, and customer retention, with a particular focus on subscription growth and churn reduction. The role combines strategic ownership with end-to-end execution: managing day-to-day production in Klaviyo, building campaigns and automated flows, refining segments, and analyzing results. Customer behavior, cohort performance, and lifetime value insights will inform what messages are sent, to whom, and when. The position offers meaningful ownership while remaining close to campaign execution and is designed for someone with roughly five years of relevant experience. The manager will develop lifecycle strategies and campaigns that support customer education, replenishment, subscription conversion, retention, and reactivation. They will analyze customer and subscription performance, run practical tests, report on results, and turn findings into prioritized recommendations and hands-on work. The role partners with the Director of E-commerce and Retention as well as creative, product, customer experience, and acquisition partners. Onnit is an Austin, Texas-based health and wellness company selling dietary supplements directly to consumers and through retail distribution. It is part of the Wellbeing Collective, a Global Business Unit within Unilever. The company describes its products as science-backed and its mission as optimizing human potential.
