This position is responsible for delivering an Amazing Customer Experience (ACE) to all internal and external customers. The Retail Team Member II acts as an ambassador of Palmetto Goodwill and its I-CARE values (Integrity, Collaboration, Attitude, Respect, Excellence). This role embraces an expectation of learning and growth, enthusiastically participating in training and development. The team member will celebrate and support a culture of diversity, inclusivity, and belonging, ensuring team members feel respected, accepted, and included. Key duties include receiving donations, sorting, pricing, and stocking merchandise, accurately utilizing the point-of-sale system, recording transactions, meeting production goals, maintaining a clean work environment, and reporting any security or safety concerns to management. The role also requires compliance with all agency policies, procedures, and safety standards.
