This position is responsible for delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers in shopping and finding products, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. The role also involves completing truck unloading, merchandise duties, and maintaining store recovery standards to uphold the brand promise. Additionally, team members will engage customers about the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, educate them on the Voice of Customer survey, and assist with Omni channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). The role requires participation in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes, as well as merchandise recovery and maintenance. Team members will also support shrink and safety programs, adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs, and interact positively with others, promoting the organization's vision and values. This role may also involve cross-training in Custom Framing selling and production, and other duties as assigned.
