Responsibilities include greeting customers, answering the phone professionally, using the intercom system, maintaining the sales floor and dressing rooms, cleaning and stocking restrooms, rotating product, using suggestive selling techniques, assisting customers with merchandise, accurately ringing up transactions, preventing counterfeit currency, reinforcing customer purchases, balancing the till, receiving and sorting donations, pricing and stocking hardline and softline donations, utilizing the point-of-sale system, recording donations and production, meeting production goals, maintaining a clean work environment, demonstrating proficiency in cashier, softline production, or donor services/hardline production roles, reporting security or theft issues, and complying with all agency policies, procedures, and safety standards. The role also involves performing other job-related duties as assigned.
