About The Position

DCK is hiring a Retail Team Leader/Supervisor to cover the Manchester Trafford Centre zone. This is a multi-site role involving face-to-face contact and hands-on merchandising in partner stores, as well as line management support for retail associates. The role is 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, at £13.71 per hour, with no weekend working. Travel between locations in the designated zone is required, using the employee’s own vehicle. Appointments are scheduled through a mobile-accessible scheduling system.

Requirements

Supervisory experience in a retail setting.
Enjoy working in a team and building productive professional relationships.
Confident, positive, and able to demonstrate good interpersonal skills.
Able to work unsupervised while following written and visual instructions.
Maintain a high standard of personal presentation as a brand ambassador.
Full, valid driving licence and access to own vehicle; able to travel efficiently between zone locations.
Access to a device running Android 8.1 or later, or Apple iOS 13.4 or later.
Confident using mobile software and apps.
