Retail Team Lead, Edmonton City Centre
About The Position
Purdys Chocolatier is seeking an enthusiastic Team Lead to assist with leading their shop in Edmonton City Centre towards success. The Team Lead reports to the Shop Management and collaborates with them to ensure all functions related to merchandising, customer service, and general shop operations are performed efficiently and in accordance with company policies and guidelines. While guiding the staff, the Team Lead will not be responsible for hiring or discipline. Success in this role comes from the ability to engage with customers, drive sales, and work effectively in a team environment. This position requires availability for all types of shifts, including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Requirements
- Leadership experience in a fast-paced retail/hospitality industry.
- Self-motivated and driven for results.
- Enthusiastic about selling a quality product.
