About The Position

Purdys Chocolatier, voted one of Canada's Best Employers, is seeking an enthusiastic Team Lead for their St. Vital Centre shop. This permanent, full-time position involves assisting with merchandising, customer service, and general shop operations, reporting to the Shop Management. The role focuses on engaging customers, driving sales, and working collaboratively within a team environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about chocolate, possess leadership experience in a fast-paced retail or hospitality setting, be self-motivated, dedicated to customer experience, energetic, and available for all types of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. This is a permanent role requiring consistent full-time availability.

Requirements

Responsibilities
