About The Position

Purdys Chocolatier is seeking an enthusiastic Team Lead to assist with leading their shop at Square One Shopping Centre towards success. The Team Lead reports to the Shop Management and collaborates with them to ensure all functions related to merchandising, customer service, and general shop operations are performed efficiently and according to company policies and guidelines. This role involves guiding staff but does not include hiring or disciplinary responsibilities. Success in this position comes from the ability to engage with customers, drive sales, and work effectively in a team environment. This permanent full-time position requires availability for all types of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Candidates must be able to work full-time on an ongoing basis, as this is a permanent role.

Requirements

Leadership experience in a fast-paced retail/hospitality industry.
Self-motivated and driven for results.
