About The Position

The Retail Supervisor – Inventory coaches and develops Inventory Associates, promotes a consistent workflow, and supports operational excellence across retail locations. The role serves as a primary point of contact for inventory-related concerns and partners with District Managers and Area Managers. It requires accuracy, attention to detail, a team-oriented approach, and travel to retail locations. Scheduling is flexible with varying hours, and the position may involve occasional overnight assignments.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent; no degree is required.
• Minimum of two years of experience as an Inventory Associate or in a similar role.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong time-management skills.
• Excellent customer service and conflict-resolution skills, focused on providing solutions when faced with challenges.
• Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments.
• Strong focus and attention to detail.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to submit to a pre-employment Investigative Consumer Report and drug screen in accordance with company guidelines, if required.
• A valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting WIS Fleet driver requirements may be required.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse work, customer service, cashiering, delivery driving, gaming, athletics, coaching, or general labor.
