About The Position

As a Nike Retail Supervisor, referred to as a Specialist, you are the face of NIKE in a high-volume, fast-paced retail environment. You help customers make informed choices, support strong customer service, and work with your team to achieve goals. You contribute to customers’ experiences by bringing Nike products and services to life and helping create memorable moments in the store. The role is based at Nike Legacy West in Plano, Texas, and is full-time, 34–40 hours per week, including nights and weekends.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least 1 year of retail or consumer service experience.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on store needs.
• Use customer service authentically so customers feel seen and understood.
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies.
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.

• Lead by example and deliver service in line with Nike’s Service Principles to bring the consumer journey to life.
• Make customers feel welcome and understood, and exceed their expectations throughout their journey.
• Act professionally and demonstrate integrity, reliability, and kindness.
• Operate a cash register and perform shipping and receiving duties.
• Stock products, clean, and build visual displays, with or without accommodations.
• Attend store events and show up for teammates.
