About The Position

The Retail Supervisor, referred to as a Specialist at Nike, represents Nike in a high-volume, fast-paced retail environment. The role supports customers in making informed product choices and works with the team to provide strong customer service and create a welcoming consumer journey. The supervisor leads by example, supports teammates, and contributes to store operations and visual presentation.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least 1 year of retail or consumer service experience.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on store needs.
• Ability to provide authentic customer service so customers feel seen and understood.
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies.
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.

• Lead by example and deliver service in line with Nike’s Service Principles.
• Make customers feel welcome, understand their needs, and exceed their expectations throughout their journey.
• Act professionally and demonstrate integrity, reliability, and kindness.
• Operate a cash register and perform shipping, receiving, and product-stocking duties.
• Clean the store and build visual displays.
• Attend store events and support teammates.
• Work nights, weekends, and holidays based on store needs.
