About The Position

The Retail Supervisor, referred to as a Specialist, is responsible for providing a premium boutique experience to customers, helping them find what they need to feel their best on their fitness journey. This role involves embracing a holistic approach to fitness, whether the passion is movement, mindfulness, nutrition, rest, or connection. The Specialist is expected to go after goals together with the team, support bold ideas, and impact customers' experiences daily. It's more than just getting products; it's about creating iconic moments and being part of the culture.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 (U.S)
  • 1 year of retail or consumer service experience preferred
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs
  • Use customer service authentically to ensure customers feel seen and understood in our stores
  • Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies
  • Physical requirements include the ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations.

  • Operating a cash register, shipping, and receiving duties, stocking products, cleaning and building visual displays with or without accommodations
