About The Position

As a Nike Retail Supervisor, you are considered a Specialist, embodying the belief that everyone is an athlete. This role is the face of NIKE, operating in a high-volume and fast-paced environment. Your diverse experience and perspective will be crucial in guiding customers to make the best decisions for their needs. You will collaborate with your team to prioritize excellent customer service and achieve goals collectively. This position involves daily interaction with customers, contributing to their experience from product discovery to purchase, and being part of their iconic moments with Nike products.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 (U.S)
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs
  • Use customer service authentically to ensure customers feel seen and understood in our stores
  • Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies
  • Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations

Nice To Haves

  • 1 year of retail or consumer service experience preferred

  • Be enthusiastic, excited, and knowledgeable about NIKE products and services to best support customer needs

  • Lead by example and deliver service in line with Nike’s Service Principles to bring the consumer journey to life
  • Make customers feel welcome, care about their wants and needs, and exceed their expectations at every step of their journey
  • Play by the rules and be professional, demonstrating integrity, reliability, and kindness
  • Operate a cash register, perform shipping and receiving duties, stock products, clean, and build visual displays with or without accommodations
  • Show up for your teammates by attending store events
  • Guide customers in making the best decisions for them
  • Work with your team to focus on customer service
