About The Position

The Retail Supervisor, referred to as a Specialist, plays a key role in providing a premium boutique experience to customers, assisting them in finding products to support their fitness journey. This role emphasizes a holistic approach to fitness and wellness, encouraging expertise in areas like movement, mindfulness, nutrition, rest, or connection. The position is part of a team that supports bold ideas and aims to create impactful customer experiences, from initial customer contact to finding the perfect product. The culture is built on teamwork, shared goals, and creating iconic customer moments.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 (U.S)
• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience preferred
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs
• Use customer service authentically to ensure customers feel seen and understood in our stores
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies
• Physical requirements include the ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations.

• Operating a cash register, shipping, and receiving duties, stocking products, cleaning and building visual displays with or without accommodations
