About The Position

As a part-time Stylist at Kendra Scott Ross Park Mall, you bring the brand to life by providing “WOW” service and making a difference in every guest’s day. You represent the organization and its culture positively, share enthusiasm for its designs and purpose-driven brand, and help guests have a positive shopping experience. The role includes working across the sales floor, Colorbar, events, and operations as needed.

Requirements

• Must be over the age of 18.
• Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.

• Build and maintain guest relationships using the WOW Service Principles.
• Set and pursue goals that support guest connections, brand growth, and store performance.
• Share Kendra Scott’s brand purpose and philanthropic efforts with guests and the community.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Educate guests about products and suggest items suited to their needs and personal style.
• Adapt to assignments across the sales floor, Colorbar, events, and operations.
• Proactively help resolve guest concerns and ensure positive experiences.
• Support the team in providing guest experiences, including behind-the-scenes work.
