About The Position

As a part-time Stylist, you bring the Kendra Scott brand to life by providing memorable service to every guest. You represent the organization and its culture, share a passion for its designs and purpose-driven brand, and help make a positive difference in each guest’s day. The role involves working across the sales floor, Colorbar, events, and operations as needed.

Requirements

• Must be over the age of 18.
• Ability to lift and move at least 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least six hours per shift.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Enjoy interacting with people.
• Bring energy and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for Kendra Scott’s Core Pillars of Family, Fashion, and Philanthropy.
• Interest in fashion and keeping up with trends.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain guest relationships using the WOW Service Principles.
• Set goals and work to achieve them, building guest connections to grow the brand footprint and store performance.
• Share Kendra Scott’s brand purpose and philanthropic efforts with guests and the community.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Educate guests about product details and personal style, and recommend products to meet their needs.
• Flex between the sales floor, Colorbar, events, and operations as needed.
• Proactively help resolve guest concerns and support a positive guest experience.
• Collaborate with the team, including behind-the-scenes support, to provide excellent guest experiences.
