About The Position

Cash America Pawn is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a team and oversee daily store operations. The role includes team development, customer satisfaction, inventory management, asset protection, and financial performance. The Store Manager leads by example, coaches employees, and supports business growth while working with a wide variety of merchandise, including jewelry, electronics, and tools. Store Managers earn $22.00–$25.00 per hour and may qualify for monthly store performance bonuses.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of management and customer service experience.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills.
• Experience recruiting, developing, and retaining talent.
• Ability to analyze business results and drive performance improvements.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Comfort working with a variety of merchandise; firearms may be present at FFL locations, with certification provided.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer and point-of-sale system proficiency.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Willingness to assist customers or retrieve merchandise from exterior areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of daily store operations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and promote a customer-focused culture.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop team members.
• Drive sales, loan, and profitability goals.
• Analyze business results and implement action plans to improve performance.
• Manage inventory, merchandising, and store presentation standards.
• Oversee asset protection, cash handling, and operational compliance.
• Monitor loan and buying transactions to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Build customer relationships and support new customer acquisition efforts.
• Communicate goals, expectations, and performance objectives to team members.
• Maintain product knowledge across a wide variety of merchandise categories.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
