About The Position

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Store Manager who is consumer-centric, open-minded, proactive, and thinks beyond the task. The Store Manager is responsible for modeling and coaching for the ultimate consumer experience through various functions including customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations. This role requires a leader who shares Levi Strauss & Co.'s values of originality, integrity, empathy, courage, and drives performance to achieve financial targets.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of store management experience required
  • Passion for Levi Strauss & Co. and the retail industry
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading and motivating others
  • Exhibits a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence
  • Possesses strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Can handle heavy lifting (up to 40 lbs.) and constantly moving around, kneeling, carrying items, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategies to hit sales targets and maximize profits.
  • Recruit, train, empower, develop, and motivate the store team.
  • Manage inventory, payroll, employee relations, store operations, and visual merchandising.
  • Ensure a positive and engaging shopping experience for all customers.
