About The Position

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a consumer-centric, open-minded, and proactive Store Manager for its outlet store in Williamsburg, VA. Reporting to the District Manager, the Store Manager is responsible for modeling and coaching for the ultimate consumer experience through customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations. The ideal candidate will embody the company's values of originality, integrity, empathy, courage, and a drive for performance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of store management experience required
• Passion for Levi Strauss & Co. and the retail industry
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy leading and motivating others
• Keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle heavy lifting (up to 40 lbs.) and constantly moving around, kneeling, carrying items, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to hit targets and maximize profits.
• Recruit, train, empower, develop, and motivate the store team.
• Manage inventory, payroll, employee relations, store operations, and visual merchandising.
• Ensure a positive and engaging shopping experience for all customers.
